Honest answer: it depends on your vertical, your market, and what 'qualified lead' means for your business. A modest local-services budget can move real numbers in the right niche; national eCommerce may need 10× that to matter. Our mission is that everyone who talks to Advocate leaves with a better next step than they walked in with — even if that next step isn't hiring us. For earlier-stage businesses, we're building a course that teaches the same methods we use internally, so there's a place for where you're at either way.

Do you outsource your paid ad campaigns?

No. Paid media, creative, and reporting are handled in-house by our team. The one exception is the deepest technical SEO work, where we partner with a trusted specialist team — and we're upfront about that before you sign.

How long until I see results?

Paid media typically shows meaningful data within 30–60 days. SEO is a longer play — expect 3–6 months for meaningful movement. We set realistic expectations on the call.

In practice that means an agreed-upon spend floor, a minimum engagement (we don't do month-to-month — paid media needs room to work), and a definition of 'qualified' specific to your business.
